Putting ink on paper is an art and a science. Business Stationery has been producing award winning stationery products and solutions for all levels of customers for over 25 years. We are a fully self-contained manufacturing facility, including 30 offset presses, thermographic (raised) printing, envelope jet presses, foil stamping, die-cutting, embossing and digital full color capabilities.

We offer a wide variety of standard inks, foils and paper selections that will accommodate your customer’s demands. When it makes sense, Business Stationery can administer a master shell/imprint program to reduce cost and speed delivery.

 

BSI recognizes that order times have shortened and the demand for digitally-produced full color products is growing. The addition of a full color digital press has expanded our product offering and now includes full color business cards, postcards, bookmarks, rack cards and many other complimentary stationery products.

Translation Services

Translation Services

Business Stationery offers full translation services for any language. Typically, the order is printed with the English language on the front and the translation on the back. Translation services can be included in online ordering with the language selected from a drop down menu.  Within the four51 platform, language options are available to view ordering sites in a country’s native tongue.

Master Shell / Imprint Programs

The term "masters" or “shells” refers to the concept of printing some portion of the cards ahead of time and doing a second press run at a future time, to add the personalization for each individual.

The portion of the card that is printed up front is the part of the card that does not change from one run to the next, such as a company logo, name, embossing or foil stamping. These portions are cheaper to print in bulk as opposed to printing 500 cards at a time.

The portion that changes is printed as each individual places an order. Their name, address, or any other variable information is printed on the master stock to complete the card.

Most printing errors begin with poorly prepared graphic files.  Business Stationery will pre-flight your electronic files and provide proofs of your submitted artwork.  If needed, we can assist in adjusting your art to your specifications.
